These terms govern use of coasteez.com and purchase of Coasteez custom 4-inch cork coasters. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

The product

We sell packs of 4, 8, or 12 custom cork coasters. Every coaster in a pack shares one final design. After you pay, we email a private link. You upload a photo for conversion or provide black-and-white art that is already laser-ready, then submit one final design. We engrave that design and ship the pack within 5–8 days of submission to the address collected at checkout.

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. We ship to the United States and Canada.

Your images

You must own the photo or artwork you upload, or have permission to use it for a physical product. You grant us a limited license to copy, convert, crop, and engrave that file solely to fulfill your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order that uses content we reasonably believe is illegal, infringing, or that we cannot safely engrave. If we cancel before engraving, we refund the purchase.

How the conversion looks

Photo-to-line-art conversion is an interpretation, not a photograph printed on cork. Fine detail, color, and gradients will be simplified. We do not guarantee a specific likeness beyond engraving the final file you submit.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Coasteez is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or a purchase. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
